Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests before the product has been shipped or entered the production process.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once the product has already been shipped.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must remain in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Customers will only be responsible for shipping costs once at most (including return shipping costs). No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned product.

We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method, including your credit card or other payment method used during checkout, within a certain number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
